We are excited to welcome George Boles to our research group.
George is a PhD student in i2M research lab, in the Department of Engineering and Design, School of Physics and Engineering at the University of Bordeaux, France, under the supervision of Dr. Regis Pommie. He will work on his PhD thesis at IERG during his one year stay at UBC under Dr. Sowlati’s supervision. His PhD thesis is on developing a decision support tool using a digital twin for sawmills.
We look forward to his contribution that will strengthen the collaboration between IERG and i2M research groups.
